Seeing things from a new perspective

I think half of our lives we walk around with blinders on. Then, every once in a while, something drastic happens which causes us to open our eyes wide and see things from a new perspective or in a different light. 

The ability to realise that your seeing things differently is a whole different ball of whacks. Some people refuse to believe what they see, to be true!!

Yesterday my Calendar alert alerted me that my daughter had an appointment in the city for a laser treatment on her eye brows, which I had forgot about. This realisation meant that I had to rearrange my Saturday afternoon plans!! (planned Pilate's Class out the window .......DAMN IT!!)

This morning, while I was exiting the working compound, I was greeted by the "Fresh Faced" Azul Shift. 

I quickly spotted my 'Best Friend', Goddess if the Earth!! We conversed quickly, and I explained that I was going to see the 'Wizard of Weight Watchers' today and I was scared because I hadn't watched my food intake that closely this week, and I was expecting a gain.

I woke up tonight prepared and grateful for my first overtime shift. I was definitely well rested, but I faced a small dilemma!! I was double booked for this night!!

Fuck!! Men just don't get it!! I know my husband is only trying to be loving, but it can be so annoying!! He wakes me up with a plate of pipping hot, yummy, can't resist, Mexican food, when I'm in the middle of sleeping. I spent literally 8 hours plus, creating this blog which left only 2 hours to sleep. I'm feeling a bit drunk but without the alcohol. My brief sleep consisted of a vivid dream, which starred my "First Real Love", shall we call him "Mr. B" (B does not stand for Big as Carey called her man in "Sex in the City") The majority of my dreams star this man for which I have no explanation!
