I woke up today, exactly 2 hours before my alarm!! I'm assuming that my body is trying to warn me about the day ahead of me. I must need a 2 hour head start!! I'm not even going to comment on what I've got to do today, I'm just going to get on with it. My husband arrived home this morning, on a mission!! So needless to say, I've already had my first workout today, haha!! I guess I can chalk that workout up to a burn of about 800 calories. (Does anybody know how many cals/kilojouls are in 1kil...

I hate waking up early to be a taxi driver for someone else. Last night after our 'Swim night' at the McG's, I dropped the hubby at the train station forgetting of course, that I would need to pick him up at 5:55 this morning.
He phoned me 10 minutes before his train was to alit at the station. I painfully dragged my ass out of bed (thanks to Yoga) but I wasn't to happy about this.

I'm up bright and early for a new adventure at the gym. I'm crashing the 'Yoga' class today. I don't know what to expect of it, but if it's anything like the Nintendo Wii, then I can see I'm in for some pain. I sure hope they don't ask me to put my feet behind my ears, (I might just surprise them, I have lots of practice with that move, bahaha)

I finished work at 6am. This night was the slowest night in history!! My eyes were glued to the clock all night long and I'm not usually one to watch the clock. So when the night finally ended, I was ecstatic!! I headed home with good intentions. My car was booked in for its first service at 7am (or any time after opening, which allowed me some leeway). So I'm supposed to give a description about myself in this section.....I guess my friends would describe me as funny, but I would describe my humour as honesty.......I sort of speak what I feel when I'm feeling it and it come's out funny!! Ok so I'm a happily married woman, with 4 children, whom I adore!! All with striking personalities. I'm well traveled and have many life experiences which has moulded me into the person I am today.
