I must be bordering on crazy!! I was up at 5:45am on a Monday morning to hit classes at the gym!! Today began the first day of the "Get Foxy Challenge". It was amazing how many other contestants had the same idea as me. (I looked around the room wondering if, in 12 weeks, will the room be this packed? I even wondered if I would be there in 12 weeks)

The first class of the day was "Body Combat". O MY GOD!! That was some crazy exercising!! The instructor, had me kicking and throwing mid-air punched like I was 'kicking' someone's ass. (I was having flashbacks of my high school shenanigans. Lol)

Next appointment was with the "Food Coach" at 8:15am. This is where I think I need the most help, with my food choices. I don't like their menu plan because I'm not a big fan of a liquid breakfast!! I think I'll stick to the "Weight Watchers" plan, that has been  slowly working over the past few weeks. (The "Food Coach scared me by telling me that the shakes constipated her. That's not a great selling tool.....Lol!!)

After the food coaching session, I hit the "Body Pump" class. I had no idea what I was getting myself into. This class, exercises with weights and barbells. Now that must have been a hilarious sight. Seeing me jump around with a "Barbell" (where's the camera when you need it......O I forgot, no cameras allowed because of undressed Muslims......WTF!!)

Completely exhausted, I hit the showers!! My next stop was at my standing Monday lunch date at Krispy Kreme with Ling. I arrived with only 30 minutes up my sleeve. I was pleasantly surprised to find my favourite "Vanilla Chai" maker behind the counter. She was back from her traditional 2 months, at Christmas, leave!!

I enjoyed their company but had to make a quick exit. My next stop was with that crazy little Asian Dentist. As soon as I entered the room, I verbalised my pain warnings. I told him there was "no way" he could touch my teeth with out numbing drugs. As I spoke, I glanced over at his work station and he seemed well prepared. There sat two massive needles!! My heart started racing!! It beat so hard that I was trembling. I'm not usually a "Scaredy Cat" in the Dentist chair. Tooth pain does crazy things to your psyche!!

I survived, but ended up with the beginnings of a "Root Canal". I need 2 more, hour long, appointments to finish off what he started. As long as there's no pain, I can handle it!!

I "dribbled" my was home, literally!! Lol I went straight to my bed seeking comfort. I should have had a pain tablet, but I was having company for dinner, and didn't think I would make it to work if I hit the "Panadine Forte".

Dinner was a struggle with my sore jaw, but I managed to wolf down 3 fijitas in a few bits. You would think I was starving.

Everyone trickled out to go home. With "Good Bye's" said, I had about 10 minutes to get ready for work. I grabbed the essentials and headed out the door.

I was excited to go to work tonight!!. My "G-Unit" fella's were on tonight. (of course i was more excited that I had a nice piece of ass to stair at all night, that should keep me wide awake, lol)

I arrived at work and to my surprise and stupidity, I forgot my contacts at home (this is a fuckin major dilemma!! I'd planned to check out Mr. Pecks all night long. I needed to see him from a distance. NO......I'm not stalking him, lol I'm just admiring him)

My night was majestic!! I even managed to sit myself directly opposite him at the "Smoking Hole!!"  Breathing in his second hand smoke wasn't pleasant, but some things you can overlook to be stimulated, lol.

About 5:30am my world came crashing down. My tooth and jaw pain manifested and I clammed up. I really needed something for relief.

I headed home, smacked down a Panadine Forte and crashed in my bed.

HOME SWEET HOME drugs included!!
