7 EF's that describe this blog.....it's amazing!!


This week I experienced my first Facebook fight!! It started out as a online chat. I was suddenly cut off in the middle of my rant, so I exploded, and turned to my Facebook status (as you do for "what's on your mind") to state my grievances. 

I wanted to let a my husbands daughter (from a brief indiscretion, who we haven't had the pleasure of meeting yet) know, that we were in NO-WAY related to a person, who brings shame to our family due to her disgraceful way of life!!

This status update sparked a full blown argument between me and a long time family friend. My friend happens to also be friends with this indigent that we find disgraceful, and felt the need to support her invasive intrusions into our private lives!! Plus, my friends son happens to be in a current relationship with my husbands daughter. (This is really starting to feel like a "Jerry Springer" episode) 

Of course, I couldn't see my friends side of the situation and she couldn't see my side......hence, the argument. 

Through the first 11 years of my marriage, I was constantly surrounded by my husbands immediate family, and some of his extended family. (This seems to be a common Mexican family structor of living with many family members under the same roof for support) 

His younger sister, her bastard child, his younger brother, and a cousin all resided in my home with me, my husband and our 3 children for more than 10 years. From time to time we also had other family members drop in for an extend stay including some of the boyfriend and girlfriends of these relatives (this became overwhelming to which I threatened my husband that if we didn't move away, then I was leaving him, so consequently we moved to Australia)  

One of my husband cousin, who lived with us for awhile, happen to fall pray to this indigent woman that I classify as a "House-O" type (aka Trailer Trash) person. She's a nice enough person but the way she chooses to live, leaves me bewildered!!

Over the years, this woman has managed to figure out when and where any of our family events (including some very private affairs like the birth of my sister-in-laws firstborn) were taking place. She always arrives uninvited to any of these events, trying to include herself. (Basically making herself the laughing stock of our family)

I can not figure out how she manages to find out some of this information as I'm not in contact with her.....by choice!!

Now we live overseas, she even manages to find out when we will be in Las Vegas with my in-laws and she always appears uninvited!! It's fuckin annoying as I can not stand that this womans clothes smells like an animal enclosure at the zoo and her personal hygiene is inferior.

The fight was because my friend was going to take my husband daughter over to this womans house, and was claiming her as a part of our family. Remember, we have not yet met this girl and my friend was taking her to meet this indigent who keep her house like a zoo. To say we're embarrassed is an understatement!! 

I firmly believe that things happen for a reason, whether a good reason or a bad reason, but all the same as a "Meant to be" reason. 

So I believe that the course of events that are taking place now, are either for our benefit or detriment or are meant for my husbands daughter. 

I don't want to loose my friends friendship because over the years I have come to love her almost as one if the family. She was at one time, one of my husbands cousins girlfriends who I wished would have married so we could really be related through marriage. But, once again, as fate would have it it never happened.

With my faith in fate,destiny, and karma, I know this situation will work itself out, as it is supposed to be!!
