[No.......not by the colour of her pubic hairs......you filthy minded people!!! She can "Fuck Up" a Car Stereo by turing it on!! DAMN IT!!]
Thanks to a machine change over this morning, I managed to make it into the change rooms at 5:45am (this little early mark allowed me to make it to the gym in time for the 'Body Pump' class).
I was dressed in a flash!! I dashed out the door, in a bit of a hurry, and just as I approach the first set of exit doors, who do you think was entering? That would be Lezzy!! (she's in on another overtime, lucky her!!)
After yesterday's "Cold Shoulder" treatment she's lucky I even bothered to say "Good Morning" as we passed each other. (I'm not accustom to being rude to others, that's just how I roll!!)
If I thought her attention before was uncomfortable, it's nothing compared to this chilling feeling emulating from her now.
I can't believe that her behaviour towards me now, is in response to my blogs nickname for her. This seems a little petty!! The nickname represented her in a truthful way and she's definitely "Out of the Closet" re: her sexuality.
I used this nickname because I didn't find it derogatory in the least. (maybe I'm more "Worldly" than others, and I should have considered her feelings) but it too late now!! At least I've gone back and re-named her nickname to a normal name. (that's about all I can do)
I pushed our encounter to the back of my mind as soon as I hit the second set of exit doors!! I have more on my plate to worry about than this dilemma!!
I arrived at the gym all hyped up and ready to do the "Body Pump" class. I was wound up like an 'elastic band', so I added extra weights to my barbell!!
It was only a matter of minutes before I was regretting my increased weight limit. My arms began to burn!! I coped until we hit our "Squats". (I was begging the 'Mercy God' to grant me a reprieve for my "Evils")
I survived my class and managed to feel extremely accomplished!! That is, until my "Sadist Masochist Personal Trainer" got ahold of me at 7:30am!! I've started lifting weights with her just over 2 weeks ago, and this morning she decides to increase my weights. Once again, I survived (though I was praying for death, lol)
The next stop on my agenda today was Weight Watchers for my weekly weigh in. I gained 300grams (that sucks!!) O'well, I'll get over it.........I always do!!
I finished at Weight Watchers and jumped in my car, reached to turn on the Stereo, and some how managed to "Fuck it Up!!". I have no idea what I did. Of course there's no way in hell my husband can fix it so I headed to the dealership.
This is where I sat for 3 hours. (mind you, with NO sleep)
I've finally made it home, I'm posting 3 new blogs, then I'm gonna crash until I have to do it all over again!!

"Happy, Happy, Happy" is how I felt when I woke up today!! You would think I took some kind of 'Happy Pill'!!
I don't know why I was so giddy but "happy" is definitely a good mood to be in!! It might have something to do with the fantastic sex I had today (all you regular readers must be thinking that we 'Fuck' all the time......and we do!! We definitely have a healthy sex life!!).

Why is it, that "Now-a-days", kids can't seem to make their own way to school?
When I was a kid, I used to ride my bike, what seemed like miles, to school. These days, kids expect a lift, including my kids!!
I finished working at 6am and headed straight to the gym! I had to quickly finish my workout and head straight home to drive my kids to school (this job is usually reserved for my husband),

I set an early alarm as I planned to have a complete workout at the gym and then head straight off to work to do a shift with "MY" G-Unit. (You have no idea how much I miss them and my rotation, but I'm coping and grateful for my current blessings!!)
I arrived at the gym at 7pm to hit my second ever 'Cycle' class. I can report, that this class is not only very hard, but it's also a massive pain in the ass, literally!!

The last couple of Saturdays I have been curled up in my bed catching up on my previous weeks missed sleep!! 'Saturdays' seem to be turning into a weekly blur for me!! Not this Saturday, though, we had an appointment at 915am at Laser City, in the CBD of Sydney, to have some unwanted hair removed.

There's no way sleep can be over rated!! I must have had about 12 or more hours of sleep today. I'm feeling very refreshed and well rested. I'm a bit disappointed that I haven't made it into the gym, but I think my muscles needed this rest as much as I did.

I don't know why I do, but I just Do!! All my life if had a prejudice against "Tattoos". I've loathed them since I was a little girl. I can remember as young as, maybe, 6 years old and noticing people with tattoos.
My dad had one, but I can't ever remember disliking his. His was a "Navy Ship's Anchor" with the words "New Orleans" scrawled over the anchor. I always knew that this represented his Naval Career and where he was born.

Just when you think you've got it all figured out, someone comes along and pulls the rug from underneath you!!

Crazy is, what crazy does!! I think going to the Gym at 6:45am is crazy!! I think most people would agree with me. That didn't stop me though!! My day started out with yet another missed alarm!! I was due in the gym at 8:15am to see my Food Coach. A quick 'reschedule phone call' bought me an extra hour.
I got to the gym and managed to cranked out 2 classes before heading off to Krispy Kreme to have lunch with Ling!! Monday's we have a standing lunch date.
